After gaining insights on Latin restaurant environments from owners and staff, we are now seeking information from customers. These restaurants want to ensure that customers are truly enjoying the food and service offered. This input is extremely important for us. As we begin to work with restaurants to develop innovative ways to facilitate and promote healthier eating behaviors, we want to ensure these changes meet customers’ wants and needs.
With that said, we’ve created a short survey to allow customers to voice their experiences with Latin restaurants and opinions about how these establishments can be improved. This survey will help us better understand the quality and service of these establishments, helping us strive towards our goal of achieving community health through these important community institutions. This survey is completely anonymous. Customers that are interested in sharing more about their experience are welcomed to provide their contact information for a potential future (paid) virtual discussion during summer 2021.
